Seems like the key to changing peoples' minds is dispassionate passion. If you get too het-up about something, nobody listens.
Or they snicker at you behind your back.
It's a shame I still haven't mastered it.

I love solitude, but choose to spend most of my time with people. I long for, but am terrified of, permanence. Learning to embrace (or at least endure) loss of any kind is my greatest challenge.
